Patrol Leader

Job Description:

The Patrol Leader is elected by the patrol and leads the patrol.

Reports to: The Senior Patrol Leader

Patrol Leader duties:

bulletPlan and lead patrol meetings and activities.
bulletKeep patrol members informed.
bulletAssign each patrol member a job and help them succeed.
bulletRepresent the patrol at all Patrol Leaders' Council (PLC) meetings and at the annual program planning conference.
bulletPrepares the patrol to take part in all troop activities.
bulletDevelop patrol spirit.
bulletAttends at least 2/3 of the monthly events during his service period.
bulletWork with other troop leaders to make the troop run well.
bulletKnow what patrol members and other leaders can do.
bulletSet the example.
bulletWear the Scout uniform correctly.
bulletLive by the Scout Oath and Law.
bulletShow Scout spirit.
